- A service technician will be scheduled to assess your small washers within 30 days of your call. Appointments range from 45-60 minutes.
- You will receive a nine point checklist describing the condition of your washers and dryers, plus recommendations for parts or service – if needed.
- Service can be performed at that time with fees for repair work and parts only – no travel time charged.
- Alternately, you can schedule service for a later date or conduct your own maintenance/repairs.
