Call Us for Washer & Dryer Preventative Maintenance

In these times of employee shortages, we are proud to be able to offer preventative maintenance contracts to help you keep your laundry running well by minimizing chances for sudden repair needs!

DRYER PM

We can perform a variety of PM tasks recommended specifically for your dryer. We check the wear on your trunnion and bearing, check your burner tubes and clean them if necessary. We check belts for wear and alignment and clean lint from thermistors. If a thorough cleaning is needed, we can pull dryer fronts to remove lint.

WASHER PM

We check the water valves, drain valves, belts, motors. We change the oil or grease the washer as necessary and check out all operations of the machine. We regularly check anchor bolts for tightness and look for any leaks. If one or more of your washers have been idle for a few weeks, run them in a cycle to assure valves are working and keep seals in good shape.

FINISHING EQUIPMENT PM

We check out your ironer, feeders, and folders to see what adjustments need to be done or parts that need to be replaced. Your maintenance staff has the whole facility to take care of—let us take care of your laundry service needs.
