Take Strain off Your Maintenance Staff and Keep Your Commercial Laundry Equipment in Optimal Condition with a Preventive Maintenance Agreement from Minnesota Chemical

These days, good maintenance staff for facilities with commercial laundry equipment is increasingly hard to come by, and facilities that do have such staff often find they are under more time pressure and strain than ever. To assist you: The Minnesota Chemical Co. has developed a preventive maintenance agreement program to support you and your commercial laundry equipment operations. We are happy to explore which PM service plan options might make sense for you. We typically schedule PM visits once every 3 months, 6 months or once a year to service your laundry equipment. Whatever best fits your needs!

At a set price, we will perform lubrications, make minor adjustments, do a general inspection of equipment, do simple repairs or recommend more complex future repairs and check operation of safety devices. For an hourly rate we can also come in and train your staff on how to maintain your equipment properly.

If your laundry equipment is nearing its replacement phase, we have a full equipment sales staff at The Minnesota Chemical Co. who can give you a quote on replacement equipment. New equipment can save labor, utilities and can make your linen last longer. Please call to discuss with our knowledgeable Service Department at 651-288-4857 Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
