Washer Water Savings & Dryer Technology

Washer water leaks: Don't waste water! Look for water leaking out the drain valve during wash or rinse. Leaking could be due to debris in the drain valve or a faulty valve not closing properly. Look for leaks and drips in hose fittings and water valves. Tighten, repair, or replace. If there are leaks, it is money going down the drain. Drips and leaks can cost you thousands of gallons of water a year. 

Dryer technology: Huebsch dryers are available with Overdry Protection Technology (OPT): true moisture sensing. OPT dryers come with 30 formulas built in—you pick the one in the textiles in the load thousands of times per second. Sensors are built into two dryer ribs. When desired dryness is reached, heat turns off, the load is cooled, the dryer stops, and the operator is signaled. The dryer rests for 3 minutes—if the door is not opened, the dryer tumbles no heat for 30 seconds then signals the operator again. This continues until the dryer door is opened. OPT dryers will lower energy costs, you will be able to run more loads per hour, you will save on the wear and tear on your goods as well as your dryer.

Lint Scrubber filters the air and encapsulates the dust and lint. With the UV Light option, the Lint Scrubber disinfects the particles collected.
