Service and Parts Repair Estimates

As a service manager, I talk to a lot of customers on the phone and do a lot of troubleshooting. This is part of our service to you—at no charge. if you are having issues with any piece of equipment, please call me and we will try to help you fix it over the phone. Perhaps you just need parts that we will recommend. If we cannot fix it on the phone, we can schedule a service tech to make the repairs. 

On major repairs, I can give you a service estimate for repairs and parts if this is required by your facility. When we do a quote, it is an estimate only. If other parts or services are needed once we start the repair, those will be additional costs. One thing to keep in mind on major repairs it that it is not a good idea to let the problem go on for long; it may cost more in the long run. Or that piece of equipment may fail and create downtime in your laundry. 

if your washer or dryer is very old and needs a lot of repairs and parts, it may make sense to get a quote for a replacement machine. New washers and dryers have great reliability and most carry a 3-year parts warranty. If a repair estimate is 35% or a new washer or dryer, consider a new machine.
